Had a very tough few weeks, hard going at work, i won't bore you with that though. I think when you have other pressures it makes it all the more harder to pretend that you are ok, ive felt so very sad and have found it very hard, the thought of christmas. Some people just don't think about how lucky they are, your kids should mean everything, but they would rather put themselves first, they just don't know how lucky they are.
